Delivery of your product
How your product will be dispatched: Once you have made your order, and checked out, we will receive an email notification. Once we have checked the payment has cleared and gone through correctly, we will let you know the account to push the domain, or transfer code.
If you feel excited about the domain and can’t wait, feel free to contact us, and to double check your order, or ask further questions. As stated we can install a premium theme and premium plugins of your choice (available on Envato). We will do our best to help you get started.
Refund Policy
As you may already be aware, there are NO REFUNDS permitted for digital goods such as software, domain names, and virtual products. If there is any error, issue with the service/domain, or error on our website, we’ll be sure to rectify it. You can not for example buy a domain name here, and then try to buy it in an auction somewhere else, or change your mind. Once you’ve purchased the domain it is yours to keep.
